Text Implementation of Innovations

Discussion on the resulting document of the «Interra-2009» Forum — «The Innovation Manifesto of the New Generation» took place on the 12th of September.
The project session, opened by the adviser of the Novosibirsk Region governor — Nadezhda Vavilina, started with experts' presentation. Emphasizing the importance of the Manifesto, she claimed the process of its creation to be an innovations designing, the end of theoretical activity and the symbol of beginning.
Within their presentations experts accentuated the problem of interaction of innovations, environment and society. Innovations are supposed to take Russia out of the primary industry level, to be an impulse for development of venture funds, which will finance youth projects, and, essentially, to be the way of new society and new effective state creation.
Part of the discussion dealt with participants' presentations and the discussion, concerning new informational policy formation and, therefore, new innovative perception creation, became the beginning of the concrete Manifesto items debate.
Participants and experts, who got the text part up with all responsibility, couldn’t reach an agreement on issues relating, for instance, Anglicism using and structure of the document official version, for a long time.
The final version of the Manifesto as a result of the project session will be proclaimed before all «Interra» participants at the closing ceremony of the forum. Experts promised to take the proposed amendments thoroughly. According to them, innovative communications means tolerance and ability of every individual to pass round appeared communication barriers, not to destroy them.
